ACCEPTED CONTENT for commissions includes (but is not limited to): human/humanoid characters, real people, furry characters (anthro and quad), animals and creatures (real or mythical), original characters, fanart, suggestive and NSFW content. Kinks are welcome.

UNACCEPTED CONTENT includes (but is not limited to): excessive gore and body horror, hate speech, real-person ships/RPF, or anything deemed a personal discomfort at my discretion.

Commissions depicting anything deemed pornographic are ONLY to be commissioned if you as a client are 18 or older, and any characters/persons depicted are also of age.

Commissions depicting anything meant to support or incite discrimination, violence against others or animals, or general hatred will not be accepted.

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason I see fit.

art turnaround and process

Delivery time on commissions will vary depending on my personal schedule and/or the complexity of your commission. On average, most simple pieces (such as single character art) will normally be completed within 1-2 weeks. If you need your commission to be done by a certain date, please tell me in your initial request.

You are free to ask for any changes to your piece, and adjustments will be made for no extra cost as long as it is before we have agreed on a sketch/set of lines. Any changes after the fact MAY be subject to an additional charge, exceeding no more than $3 per change, unless they significantly alter the piece (such as a complete change in scenery), in which case an additional quote negotiation will take place. Very small alterations and mistakes of my own doing will not require any sort of fee.

Payment

All payment is in USD through Paypal invoices only.

Prices are subject to change.

Character prices do not include additional smaller characters such as random animals, pets, or fictional creatures (i.e. Pokemon), unless they are particularly large, complex, or there are many of them, in which case an additional quote will be given. This may vary at my discretion.

Complex characters, complex props, backgrounds, or scenes may receive an adjusted quote.

Prices are only negotiable if ordered in bulk, there are many characters, or if the request is particularly simple. I also have the right to decline a price negotiation for any reason.

If a total commission is below $50, payment in full will be required upfront. If a commission is $50 or more, payment may be arranged for the first half upfront, and then the second half after receiving and approving a sketch, unless you prefer to pay in full in the first installment.

Refunds and Cancellations

If I have yet to send a sketch for your commission and you wish to cancel, full a full refund will be given. Please allow 3-4 days for refunds to be sent to accommodate for the time it may take for me to receive your notice.

After a sketch is sent for confirmation, the initial payment received (whether in full or half) will be considered nonrefundable. Exceptions will be made ONLY if I as the artist fail to meet any explicitly stated deadlines from the commissioner, or if I have completely failed to communicate any schedule updates, progress, or personal updates for longer than 2 weeks. However, if a sketch has already been delivered AND communication has still fallen in the 2 week range, then any refund would be no more than 75% the initial received payment OR $30 (whichever is lower), to compensate for the time spent on the art and your possession and ownership of the sketch. You retain full ownership of any sketch or WIP sent, however you may NOT take my art to another artist to complete or alter. Any attempt to do so will result in a blacklisting from my commissions.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission already in progress for any reason. If no sketch was provided and no TOS infractions occurred, then 100% of the payment will be refunded following an artist cancellation. However, if the artist cancellation was due to a ToS infraction AND a sketch was already provided, then the refund would be no more than 75% of what was paid to compensate for the time spent on the art and your possession of the sketch.

Use Of Product

Do not erase any signature, edit my work in any way (other than cropping for personal use, such as in icons, thumbnails, and banners/headers), pass my art as your own, or use it in any way to gain profit.

Commissions are to be for personal use only, and are not to be reproduced. In the case that you would like something for commercial purposes, please mention it upon first contact, and we will work out separate pricing. Base rates for commercial use start at 200% the normal price.

Any art I have created is explicitly NOT to be used for block-chain related purposes or non-fungible tokens. DMCA takedown notices will be sent to anyone using my art for such, whether or not you were the one to originally commission the art.

Any and all art, even if commissioned, is not to be used to train AI/ML models, or anything of the like.

I will be posting select commissions to my social media at my own pace and discretion unless you have specifically requested otherwise. I have the right to use any completed works in my portfolios. You are free to do what you wish with your commission so long as it remains purely for personal use, but I do ask that you provide a credit back to me, either by name or via my socials, if posted somewhere else online on your own terms.

Please remember to save your commission(s), as I cannot guarantee an original file will always be available.
